Fundamentals of Food Bouquets:
- What are food bouquets and why they are useful.
- Basic principles of composition and selection of products.
- Demonstration of creating several types of food bouquets:
- Fruit bouquet.
- Vegetable and cheese bouquet.
- Meat bouquet with olives and dried fruits.
- Participants will try their hand at creating their own food bouquets under the guidance of the instructor.
- Participants will receive all the necessary products and tools for creating food bouquets.
- Information materials on technique and design tips will be provided.
- Discussion of results and participants' experience.
